Kagatsuru Junmai Daiginjo [Pure Rice Daiginjo] – Yachiya Brewery (Ishikawa)

A daiginjo without added brewing alcohol. Water is added to lower the alcohol content. Compared to the special selection daiginjo, it has more of the rich and savory flavor of the rice. Junmai is a type of sake made to enhance the rich and savory taste of the rice.
