  • Friday 07/03: Solo Dance Contest + Battle 1v1
  • Saturday 08/03: Amateur K-Pop Dance Contest (minimum 2 to maximum 15 dancers)
  • Sunday 09/03: Intermediate/Advanced K-Pop Dance Contest (minimum 2 to maximum 15 dancers)

No changes to the schedule or other will be possible after this deadline for the proper organization of the contest. You will receive an email if your registration is approved. In case of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible at the same email address.

Information and rules

  • The K-Pop contests will be organized based on the group’s level.
  • A dancer may only perform once per contest.
  • The music should be between 2 minutes (minimum) and 2.30 minutes (maximum). No overrun is allowed.
  • Groups must respect the number of dancers based on the chosen contest.
  • Submitted audio files should be renamed with the group name and in MP3 format. Editing is not provided.
  • Judging criteria during the contest:
    • Technique (synchronization, originality, level)
    • Aesthetic (costumes, hairstyle, set design, makeup)
    • Atmosphere (smile, dynamism).

Amateur or Advanced K-Pop Contest?

  • Amateur and Beginner Dance Level: An amateur dancer is someone who engages in occasional activities, where motivation stems primarily from passion, dancing for enjoyment, and not yet mastering all dance basics.
  • Intermediate Dance Level: An intermediate dancer trains regularly, knows the basics, and works to improve, therefore being at a higher level than an amateur.
  • Advanced Dance Level: An advanced dancer who learns choreography quickly, may be a choreographer, participates in music videos, competitions, and may be compensated for artistic performances (semi-professional) but is not yet able to live off this professionally.
